Such information includes your name, address, email address, hobbies, interests, household composition and other demographic information.
Finally, when you create your profile, we request other Personal Information from you that is sensitive and demographic in nature, but which is not available to other community members. This information includes your date of birth.
When you set up your profile, you will be able to see which fields of information are visible to all other community members, which fields you can elect to display to others, and which fields are not shared outside of the team at City Chattr, our agents, contractors or partners.
Through your use of the Service, we may collect other Personal Information from you or request sensitive Personal Information (i.e. information, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership). You are not required to provide such sensitive Personal Information if you do not wish to do so. Any information that you provide in these cases is strictly voluntary. We will treat Personal Information and sensitive Personal Information that you disclose to us privately in accordance with the permitted uses described in the next section below.
You may choose, however, to share your Personal Information, including sensitive Personal Information, more widely with other community members. In these circumstances, we cannot make any assurances of confidentiality as we are not responsible for how other community members may use your Personal Information
We will never ask you for sensitive Personal Information that could give rise to economic crimes if it were lost, misused or disclosed to an unauthorized party, such as credit card numbers, bank account information or Social Insurance Number. Although we strive to build safe online communities, we strongly discourage you from posting this type of information to the Community or sharing it other participants.
We will only use Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, unless you have specifically consented to or opted-in to another use of your Personal Information.
We may use and disclose Personal Information for any of the following reasons:

We have no intention of collecting Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that Personal Information from a child under 13 has been collected without the consent of such child’s parent or guardian, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
We make every effort to maintain a family friendly site, and we request that photographs, videos, and live streams do not include the images of Children under 13.
Even though children are not contributors of information to this site. We are diligent in insuring that site stays family friendly and therefore employ filters to filter out filthy language, slurs, racial comments. We also have 8 moderators per neighbourhood moderating the photo, videos, live streams, discussions for offensive material. Repeat offenders will be deleted from the site.
The security of your Personal Information is very important to us. We have put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Only those employees who need access to your information in order to perform their duties are authorized to have access to your Personal Information. Within this section, you can edit your information or close your account. We will endeavor to implement your changes within ten (10) calendar days.
Please note that any Personal Information that we collect may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after your request. We will also be unable to recover any Personal Information from any agent, contractor, partner or client once it has been transferred to them. Also, please note that we will maintain all usage data and Personal Information in our database whenever we are required to do so by law. You will not be able to delete the content you post in messages or community discussions.
City Chattr Inc. is a Provincial organization. Your Personal Information may be collected, stored, processed, used and transferred by one or more affiliated companies or non-affiliated service providers in one or more countries outside your originating country. By using this website and the Service, you consent to the transfer, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information among our affiliated companies and non-affiliated service providers, wherever located.
